Job Summary

Adolfson & Peterson Construction is hiring an experienced Foreman in Aurora, Colorado, to coordinate construction crews and support safe, quality job-site execution.

Project Details

AP serves commercial, education, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, multifamily, municipal, data center, and senior living markets.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate trade crews, assign work, and support team training and performance.
• Monitor safety, workmanship, schedules, and quality standards while keeping the job site clean and organized.
• Coordinate labor, materials, and staffing needs; perform material quantity takeoffs and communicate project priorities to site leadership.
• Help maintain equipment and inspect work in progress; perform trade work alongside the crew when needed.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least six years of directly related trades experience; relevant post-secondary education is preferred.
• Knowledge of building plans, specifications, shop drawings, and product data; familiarity with Procore, MS Project, Excel, Sure Trak, or AutoCAD.
• Demonstrated safety leadership, attention to detail, ethical conduct, communication, and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to travel to job sites and accept long-term out-of-town assignments, work in varied weather, and meet the physical demands of the role.
• Forklift certification and a commercial driver's license are preferred; ability to obtain them is expected.

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated pay is $23.00–$40.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; HSA and flexible spending accounts; 401(k); paid time off and holidays; tuition assistance; and an employee referral bonus.
