Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater construction work in Venice, Florida. The role requires prior project management experience in the water and wastewater construction industry.

Project Details

This position supports water and wastewater infrastructure construction projects and involves coordination of field supervision, owners, contracts, materials, schedules, labor, and costs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project cost, work-in-progress, labor, and financial projections.
• Plan and maintain project schedules.
• Supervise job site management personnel and establish site safety expectations.
• Develop owner relationships and administer contract negotiations.
• Negotiate and purchase materials.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Seven to ten years of construction experience.
• Previous project management experience in water and wastewater construction.
