Project Manager II

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a Project Manager II to lead commercial construction projects and coordinate project teams in Tampa.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules, design development, quality, and profitability.
• Negotiate construction contracts and lead client presentations and discussions.
• Develop procurement plans, prepare bid documents, and award subcontracts.
• Supervise project team members and coordinate their work.
• Manage accounts receivable, warranty issues, and project administration.
• Build customer relationships and use client feedback to guide project delivery.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering or construction management.
• At least six years of project management experience on contracts valued at $10 million to $100 million.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, cost control, material pricing, construction methods, and design management.
• Experience managing teams and multiple project types and complexities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Proliance.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
