Job Summary

Ryan Companies is hiring a Project Manager II in Tampa to lead commercial construction projects and guide project teams through delivery.

Project Details

Manage projects with contract values ranging from $10 million to $100 million.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and participate in client presentations and contract negotiations.
• Oversee design development, budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontract awards, and project quality and profitability.
• Lead project team members and manage accounts receivable, warranty matters, and administrative responsibilities.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or construction engineering.
• At least six years of project management experience, including projects valued from $10 million to $100 million.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, cost control, material pricing, and construction methods.
• Microsoft Project and Proliance knowledge are beneficial.
