Project Superintendent

Job Summary

Granite is hiring a Project Superintendent to oversee on-site construction work and coordinate crews and resources to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct field construction to meet design, budget, schedule, safety, and quality expectations.
• Plan and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and project work plans.
• Supervise craft employees and collaborate with subcontractors and project teams to resolve field issues.
• Support environmental compliance and promote safe, quality-focused work practices.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of construction management or craft supervision experience in a similar field.
• Knowledge of construction methods and equipment, along with communication, planning, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work alternative schedules, including nights and weekends, when project needs require.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary is $91,944–$137,916. Benefits include paid leave, health and insurance plans, and a 401(k) match for eligible salaried employees.
