Senior Aptitude Project Manager

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Aptitude Project Manager in Bowling Green to provide regional leadership for technology integration services. The role combines project delivery, financial oversight, team leadership, client relationships, business development, and risk management.

Project Details

Aptitude supports technology-related design, construction, installation, and network integration for modern building projects, including systems associated with information technology, security, and life safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology design and construction activities while maintaining constructability, quality, technical, and financial standards.
• Develop scopes of work, responsibility matrices, budgets, proposals, schedules, staffing plans, and project execution plans.
• Manage project costs, projections, billing, collections, milestones, documentation, and closeout.
• Lead teams, support safety objectives, resolve issues, and communicate project performance to stakeholders.
• Oversee regional Aptitude strategy, resources, client development, growth, and risk management.
• Serve as a regional relationship executive and escalation point for project, contractual, financial, and client concerns.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, business planning, and integration of Aptitude services into regional delivery strategies.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, information technology, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 10 years of experience with information technology, security, or life safety systems.
• At least 8 years of project management experience.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to prepare project proposals, fees, and work plans.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, relationship-building, budgeting, and profitability-management skills.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.

Compensation and Benefits
