Senior Project Engineer

Job Summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Bellevue to support project delivery, subcontract administration, technical coordination, and field execution across the Seattle region.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity takeoffs, surveys, progress reporting, and change-management documentation.
• Administer subcontracted scopes, clarify work requirements, respond to inquiries, and track subcontractor progress.
• Support project startup, review submittals for scope and design compliance, and coordinate with design teams.
• Assist with design-team inspections, identify installation deficiencies, and support systems commissioning.
• Recognize project risks and contribute to schedule, quality, safety, and contract-management activities.

Required Experience

• Associate or bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred 4–6 years of construction experience in an operational role.
• Working knowledge of construction equipment, methods, drawings, specifications, materials, standards, HSE, and quality practices.
• Ability to apply engineering and problem-solving principles, manage schedules, administer subcontracts, and coordinate contract documents.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, multitasking, and technology skills, including Microsoft Office.

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated salary is $101,500–$125,500 based on experience and qualifications.
