Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects or multiple projects, with responsibility for project delivery, administration, safety, financial performance, and client relationships in Tempe, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Direct preconstruction, estimating, procurement, buyout, scheduling, subcontract administration, and project closeout.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal support groups.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, cost and margin reporting, change orders, risk, pay applications, and project documentation.
• Lead project safety efforts, investigate incidents, and reinforce an injury-free work culture.
• Guide project teams through complex construction operations while applying Lean practices and managing schedule impacts.
• Support client presentations, business development, community activities, and external relationship building.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 10 years of construction management experience.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to manage project teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office, CMiC or comparable project accounting software, scheduling tools, BIM, construction technology, and Lean processes.
• Experience preparing budgets, GMPs or hard bids, range estimates, and project business plans.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work at project sites or in an office.

Compensation and Benefits
