Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex construction projects or multiple projects, with responsibility for project delivery, administration, safety, team coordination, and financial performance.

Project Details

The role may support a range of complex construction work, with mission-critical and data center project experience preferred. Assignments may include project sites and office environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct project operations, preconstruction, buyout, subcontract administration, scheduling, and closeout.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal support groups.
• Manage budgets, cost forecasts, change orders, risk, procurement, project reporting, and profitability.
• Lead project safety activities, investigate incidents, and promote an injury-free work environment.
• Oversee submittals, pay applications, meetings, documentation, and project deliverables.
• Support client presentations, business development, external relationships, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Required Experience

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 10 years of construction management experience.
• Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with project management and accounting software such as CMiC, scheduling tools, BIM, construction technology, and Lean processes.
• Ability to develop budgets, GMPs or hard bids, estimates, schedules, project teams, and complete projects from start to finish.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.
• Mission-critical or data center project experience preferred.
