Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Atlanta to lead complex construction projects or multiple projects, with accountability for project execution, financial performance, administration, safety, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct preconstruction, estimating, procurement, subcontract awards, scheduling, project controls, and closeout.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and internal resources.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, change requests, cost and margin performance, risk, documentation, and reporting.
• Lead project meetings, safety planning, schedule mitigation, quality coordination, and team development.
• Support client presentations, business development, external relationships, and company diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 10 years of construction management experience.
• Advanced communication and presentation abilities with working knowledge of MS Office, CMiC or similar project accounting systems, scheduling software, BIM, construction technology, and Lean practices.
• Experience preparing budgets, GMPs or hard bids, estimates, project schedules, business plans, and project team deliverables.
• A valid, unrestricted driver’s license is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The position is classified as Professional Non-Union and includes the company’s benefits package. The role may require non-traditional hours, travel, relocation, and work at project sites or in the office.
