Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

PCL Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Bellevue to lead complex construction projects, strengthen client relationships, mentor project teams, and drive safe, high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead project safety, environmental, quality, cost, schedule, staffing, and resource management efforts.
• Partner with clients, design teams, trade contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project objectives.
• Oversee project execution planning, design coordination, permitting, procurement, commissioning, and construction sequencing.
• Evaluate designs for constructability, code compliance, scope gaps, technical risk, and value engineering opportunities.
• Monitor project reporting, forecasts, production, materials, equipment, manpower, and quality performance.
• Support estimating, proposals, presentations, and business development activities.

Required Experience

• Postsecondary education or training in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 15 or more years of progressive construction leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
• Estimating experience, ideally at least 12 months, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety and environmental practices, quality management, contracts, building codes, insurance, bonding, and legal requirements.
• Experience with varied delivery methods, construction sequencing, collective agreements, and multi-trade jurisdiction assignments.
• Strong communication, presentation, forecasting, staffing, and problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits
