
Senior Project Manager Healthcare Construction

Job Summary
JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects in Kansas City, Missouri. This role owns project outcomes end-to-end, from preconstruction through closeout, and reports within a career path toward Group Manager.
Responsibilities
- Direct all phases of project management including buyout, subcontract administration, schedule development, change management, and closeout.
- Lead monthly project reviews, OAC meetings, and progress meetings with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and maintain monthly cost forecasts, margin analysis, and owner/subcontractor pay applications.
- Oversee preconstruction activities including quantity takeoff, bid package development, scope review, and GMP development.
- Identify and actively manage project risks; coordinate with legal and risk management as needed.
- Champion jobsite safety culture and investigate incidents as required.
- Manage internal resources including logistics, IPS, and self-perform teams.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of construction management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management and accounting software (CMiC preferred), BIM, and scheduling software.
- Ability to prepare project budgets, GMP estimates, and range estimates.
- Strong communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license required.
