Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and develop project management teams supporting water and wastewater construction operations in Temecula, California.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop Project Managers.
• Review project budgets, cost forecasts, and work-in-progress projections.
• Support business development and cultivate relationships with owners and engineers.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify value engineering opportunities.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
• At least eight years of supervisory experience in construction.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, address operational needs, and respond to urgent matters.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range of $175K - $195K, plus no-cost medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage; company stock; a 401(k) plan with a 3.5% match; paid time off; eight paid holidays; life and disability insurance; and additional health and wellness resources.
