Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater Plant

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and develop project management teams supporting water and wastewater plant construction. The role requires progressive construction experience and strong operational leadership.

Project Details

This position supports water and wastewater plant construction projects and related infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Review initial budgets, cost projections, and work-in-progress forecasts.
• Support business development and cultivate relationships with owners and engineers.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify value engineering opportunities.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• At least eight years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, support operational needs, and respond to urgent matters.
• Willingness to travel and/or relocate.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range is $175,000-$195,000. Benefits include employer-paid medical, prescription, dental, and vision coverage, company stock, a 401(k) with a 3.5% match, paid time off, paid holidays, life and disability insurance, an HSA, weekly pay, and additional wellness, counseling, legal, and financial resources.
