Five Star Electric, a Tutor Perini company, is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead project delivery at its Midtown Bus Terminal site in New York City.

Lead work on the Midtown Bus Terminal project in New York City.

Responsibilities

• Direct project managers, engineers, and administrative staff through project completion.
• Oversee project execution from start to finish, ensuring work meets budget, schedule, quality, regulatory, building-code, and safety requirements.
• Maintain client relationships, communicate directly with clients, and provide technical guidance.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of successful project management experience.
• Experience leading integrated teams on large, complex, multi-phase programs with multiple project elements.
• Demonstrated leadership in an integrated project delivery organization.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills; able to prepare reports and presentations and coordinate across departments.
• A bachelor's degree in project management or a related field is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Expected salary range is $170,000-$205,000, depending on experience.
