Project Manager for heavy civil infrastructure projects

Lunda Construction is seeking a Project Manager for its Rosemount, Minnesota office to lead project delivery and coordinate with clients and project teams.

Lunda delivers heavy civil and highway work, including bridges, highways, and light rail projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and represent the company with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Manage project budgets, cost projections, financial reporting, procurement, equipment, and labor resources.
• Negotiate scope changes, oversee change management, and pursue additional client work.
• Support delivery of publicly funded infrastructure projects and participate in regulatory and public meetings.
• Develop project execution, health and safety, and quality plans, and follow through on project commitments.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• At least five years of construction project management experience; heavy highway or structural experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with cost reporting, projections, engineering submittals, work plans, RFIs, CPM scheduling, time-and-material billing, and change orders.
• Ability to manage projects, work directly with clients, read drawings and specifications, and communicate effectively.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; HCSS, AASHTOWare, and Primavera/P6 knowledge preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Expected salary range is $100,000-$150,000, depending on experience.
