Senior Project Manager (Demolition)

Job Summary

Veit is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Estimator to lead complex demolition work from estimating and preconstruction through completion, overseeing project performance and client relationships while guiding project and estimating staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize estimates and proposals, pursue bid opportunities, and coordinate bid preparation.
• Direct multiple projects, coordinating preconstruction, field operations, staffing, permits, schedules, budgets, contracts, and billing.
• Manage scope changes and approvals, address project issues, and coordinate with owners, general contractors, and internal teams.
• Build client relationships, support project compliance requirements, and supervise estimators and project manager/estimators.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of estimating and managing large, complex projects in a related scope of work.
• Strong communication, mathematical, analytical, and client relationship skills.
• Experience with bidding and project management software and Microsoft Office; Viewpoint Vista and HCSS experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record.

Compensation and Benefits

Base compensation is $116,000–$160,000, depending on location, skills, and relevant experience.
