Project Manager I

Support the administration and delivery of construction projects, handling project management phases under the guidance of a supervising Project Manager or Division Manager.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client presentations, design development, budgeting, scheduling, and bid preparation.
• Assist with cost controls, subcontract negotiations and awards, and profit projections.
• Help coordinate jobsite meetings, track project status, and complete closeout tasks such as punch lists, final billing, and collections.

Required Experience

• At least four years of commercial construction experience and a related bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools, estimating, cost control, and material pricing.
• At least six months of estimating or preconstruction and field experience is preferred.
• Experience with light industrial, office/warehouse, retail, or strip mall projects and effective communication with project teams and clients are preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
