Technology Project Manager

Job Summary

Harris is seeking a Technology Project Manager to support project planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting across multiple workstreams.

Project Details

Harris delivers mechanical construction projects for settings such as stadiums, manufacturing facilities, power plants, hospitals, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, activities, deliverables, budgets, and risk tracking across projects.
• Maintain project records, prepare status updates and dashboards, and support stakeholder reporting.
• Arrange project meetings, document decisions and action items, and follow up on open tasks.
• Support alignment with PMO processes, standards, and tools.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, construction management, information technology, or a related field.
• Two to four years of project coordination, project management, or PMO support experience.
• Familiarity with project tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana; vendor management exposure is desirable.
• PMP, CAPM, or a similar certification, or progress toward one, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range is $71,078.81–$106,618.22. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; a 401(k) with company match; paid time off and holidays; paid parental leave; and a Short-Term Incentive Plan.
