Job Summary

Harris is hiring an Assistant Construction Project Manager Rotational Trainee for a development program that prepares early-career professionals to advance into project management. Participants gain experience across business functions and project phases, with increasing responsibility and coaching from experienced leaders.

Project Details

Harris is a mechanical contractor working on projects that include stadiums, manufacturing facilities, power plants, hospitals, concert halls, and schools. The rotational program includes assignments across multiple teams and locations, with exposure to engineering, estimating, VDC, field operations, service, and building automation.

Responsibilities

• Participate in rotational assignments across business functions, locations, and project phases.
• Support project planning, coordination, and execution activities.
• Build relationships across teams and seek coaching and learning opportunities.
• Take ownership of project tasks and develop technical knowledge and leadership skills.

Required Experience

• Degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel and participate in assignments across locations.
• Interest in a long-term construction project management career.
• Initiative, curiosity, persistence, accountability, adaptability, and strong communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual pay range of $56,863.05-$85,294.57, with the offer dependent on candidate qualifications, experience, skills, and location.
