Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract documents, submittals, RFIs, meeting records, quality documentation, as-builts, and closeout materials.
• Support project scheduling, work planning, labor coordination, and schedule updates.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and inspections and oversee project-specific safety requirements.
• Monitor labor productivity, project financials, cost changes, billings, collections, and project risks.
• Build client and contractor relationships and support sales and account-growth efforts.

Compensation and Benefits

The posted pay range is $78,186.69-$183,250.06 per year, with offers varying based on candidate qualifications and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; a 401(k) with company match; paid time off and holidays; paid parental leave; and a Short-Term Incentive Plan.
