Traveling Project Manager 1, Advanced Industries (Semiconductor)

Job Summary

Manage a semiconductor construction project in Essex Junction as part of JE Dunn’s Advanced Facilities Group. Partner with the Project Superintendent to lead project execution, administration, and client relationships.

Project Details

The initial assignment is in Essex Junction, Vermont, supporting advanced-industry semiconductor work. The broader team delivers semiconductor, data center, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project planning, preconstruction, procurement, subcontracting, and submittals.
• Manage project stakeholders, change requests, meetings, pay applications, schedules, cost forecasts, and reporting.
• Identify and address safety, cost, quality, and schedule risks; lead project closeout.

Required Experience

• Five or more years of construction management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Working knowledge of project management, accounting, scheduling, and construction technology; valid unrestricted driver’s license.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary of $103,000–$128,000, depending on experience, with potential for a higher offer based on exceptional experience and performance. Eligible for a target bonus based on individual and company performance. Professional non-union benefits package.
