Job Summary

Harris is seeking a traveling Senior Project Manager to oversee HVAC construction projects, coordinating scope, resources, schedules, costs, safety, and client relationships.

Project Details

Harris delivers mechanical construction projects across the country, including work at stadiums, manufacturing facilities, power plants, hospitals, concert halls, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety compliance, document control, scope, schedules, field resources, procurement, estimating, and project financials.
• Build and maintain business relationships and support sales efforts.

Required Experience

• At least eight years of construction project management experience.
• At least eight years of experience with mechanical systems, construction documents, and design methods, tools, and principles.
• At least eight years of experience with business operations, finance, customer relations, project sales, and construction law.
• Willingness to travel.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual pay range of $122,166.71-$228,882.50, based on candidate qualifications and location. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance; 401(k) with company match; paid time off and holidays; paid parental leave; and a short-term incentive plan.
