Superintendent

Job Summary

Kingery is seeking a Superintendent to oversee field operations from early project planning through closeout, while supporting safe, organized, and productive job sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers, owners, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Review plans, specifications, and constructability concerns, then recommend practical solutions.
• Support project scheduling, order materials, coordinate subcontractor activities, and arrange inspections.
• Lead field execution to keep work on schedule, within budget, and aligned with project requirements.
• Maintain job site safety, address hazards promptly, and oversee final punch-list completion.
• Communicate project information clearly to executives, public groups, and project stakeholders.

Required Experience

• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts to material and labor calculations.
• Ability to work outdoors across varied weather conditions and terrain.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and handle materials for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and safely use hand and power tools.
