Superintendent - Coatings/CIPP

Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations for coatings and CIPP infrastructure work in Tampa, Florida. The role requires progressive experience in the same industry and a willingness to travel.

Project Details

The position supports coatings and cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Set jobsite safety expectations and oversee quality control.
• Develop six-week look-ahead schedules and track the overall project schedule.
• Coordinate with project management and subcontractors.
• Review project costs, manage labor quantities, and complete daily and periodic reports.
• Train craft workers and mentor field engineers.

Required Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in the coatings/CIPP industry.
• Previous progressive superintendent or related field leadership experience.
• Willingness to travel.
