Assistant MEP Superintendent

Job Summary

Mortenson is seeking an Assistant MEP Superintendent to coordinate and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trade contractors and craft workers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project labor, equipment, schedules, and defined scopes of work.
• Track labor reports, review timecards and craft qualifications, and contribute to hiring, orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
• Support schedule development, material takeoffs, quality control, site safety, and project closeout.

Required Experience

• At least five years of construction supervision or related experience and five years of construction management or related experience; mechanical or electrical contractor experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, civil or architectural engineering, or construction management, or equivalent experience.
• Electrical circuitry qualification or ability to qualify, a current driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant project applications.
• Electrical apprenticeship or journeyman/master electrician program completion or interest is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay is $95,700–$129,200, with adjustments for certain office locations, and the role is eligible for an incentive plan.
