Solar Laborer General Foreman-Cunningham III

Job Summary

Mortenson is hiring a Laborer General Foreman to organize craft teams and coordinate material handling and supply in line with project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate foremen and craft workers, interpret drawings and specifications, and establish work sequences to support construction schedules.
• Enforce safety rules, review labor-hour needs, resolve field issues, and maintain time records.
• Coach and lead team members, manage performance, and make work decisions using project information and judgment.
• Work with tools, equipment, and machinery as needed.

Required Experience

• High school diploma or GED and at least five years of related experience.
• Experience working with tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds; heavier loads require assistance or equipment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, listening, and problem-solving skills.
