Assistant Quality Superintendent

Job Summary

Holder Construction is hiring an Assistant Quality Superintendent for a full-time, in-person position supporting its quality team on a project in Sparks, Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspections, mockups, pre-installation meetings, and quality reviews with trade partners, consultants, owners, and architects.
• Verify installations comply with plans, specifications, checklists, and project quality standards.
• Lead trade management and support QA/QC Engineers with documentation, tracking, punch lists, deficiency logs, and nonconformance records.
• Review submittals before installation and identify quality issues for resolution.
• Read construction documents, identify inconsistencies, and help resolve project quality concerns.

Required Experience

• Three to five years of management or field construction experience on comparable projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, BIM360, Field, and SmartSheet.
• Experience with QA/QC technology, tracking, metrics, and reporting.
• Electrical construction experience.
