Assistant Quality Superintendent

Job Summary

Holder Construction is seeking an Assistant Quality Superintendent for a full-time, in-person project assignment in Conesville, Ohio. This role supports field quality leadership, trade coordination, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and owner representatives on quality matters.
• Lead inspections, mockup reviews, pre-installation meetings, and checklist verification.
• Confirm installations meet project plans, specifications, and QA/QC requirements.
• Manage quality documentation, submittal reviews, punch lists, deficiency logs, NCRs, and tracking systems.
• Review plans and specifications, identify inconsistencies, and help resolve quality concerns before installation.
• Provide trade-management leadership and support the quality team with field and office responsibilities.

Required Experience

• Three to five years of management or field construction experience on comparable projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Electrical construction experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, BIM360, Field, and SmartSheet.
• Experience using QA/QC platforms and systems for tracking, metrics, and reporting.
