Job Summary

Primoris subsidiary Q3 Contracting is hiring a Concrete Foreman based in Grand Junction, Colorado, to supervise field crews supporting utility construction work.

Project Details

The position supports gas, oil, electric, and telecommunications work, with frequent travel across Colorado’s western slope.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews and lead daily field operations safely and efficiently.
• Keep work on schedule and within budget, and report progress to management.
• Operate and maintain construction equipment.

Required Experience

• Prior construction knowledge and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of safe work zones around construction equipment.
• Preferred: concrete or restoration experience, at least one year supervising employees, and at least three years in construction or utility distribution.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay and benefits are determined by union contract and experience. A company vehicle is provided, and paid sick leave is offered as required by Colorado law. Union benefits may include health coverage, training, continuing education, and a pension.
