Concrete Project Manager, Construction

Job Summary

Midwest Concrete Constructors is hiring a Concrete Project Manager for its Richmond Heights team to manage concrete construction projects from planning through execution.

Project Details

The role supports turnkey concrete foundations, slabs on grade, tilt-up construction, and exterior pavement. Preferred project experience includes warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing, cold storage, and lab or pharmaceutical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage project estimating, schedules, quality, progress reporting and billing, design coordination, cost reporting, safety, and proposals.
• Review project scope and materials, oversee material buyout, and lead progress meetings.
• Coordinate with the Concrete Superintendent on safety, quality, and schedule.
• Monitor project costs and communicate with project stakeholders.

Required Experience

• At least 3 years of project management, field engineering, or concrete experience.
• A bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Experience with ground-up warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, or lab/pharma facilities is preferred.
