Traveling Concrete Foreman

Job Summary

Midwest Concrete Constructors is hiring a traveling Concrete Foreman to oversee concrete field operations from project startup through completion, ensuring work meets schedule, budget, and specifications.

Project Details

MCC provides concrete foundations, slabs on grade, tilt-up construction, and exterior pavement for projects ranging from renovations to facilities exceeding one million square feet. Travel is required throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material quantities to support project schedules.
• Supervise carpenters, cement finishers, iron workers, and laborers.
• Communicate schedule changes and job progress, risks, and needs to project leadership and the general contractor.
• Maintain daily project records and support review of requisitions and reports.
• Enforce the company safety program and policies on site.

Required Experience

• 5–10 years of working Concrete Foreman experience on tilt-up projects of at least 100,000 square feet.
• Preferred certifications or training include rigging, OSHA 10-hour, aerial lifts, and variable reach.
• Current valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits
