Job Summary

Mortenson is hiring a Construction Assistant Project Manager for its Solar group. The role supports project delivery from estimating through client acceptance and includes mentoring team members.

Project Details

Work is within Mortenson’s solar construction group, with assignments at project locations across the continental United States. Travel is required full time, and employees move to new projects as assignments are completed.

Responsibilities

• Support project cost control, financial management, estimating, and scheduling.
• Coordinate scopes of work, manage contracts, review payment applications and change requests, and prepare client proposals.
• Help award and manage subcontracts, suppliers, and project documentation.
• Guide project teams toward safe, timely completion and mentor engineering staff.
