Construction Project Manager

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a Project Manager for its North Region to support project administration and manage assigned phases under supervision.

Project Details

The role focuses on large-scale data center design and construction management within the commercial construction portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Support client presentations, design development, budgeting, and project scheduling.
• Help manage budgets, schedules, bid documents, subcontract awards, and profit projections.
• Assist with jobsite coordination meetings, project status reporting, and job cost oversight.
• Complete project closeout activities, including final cost review, punch lists, billing, and fee collection.

Required Experience

• At least four years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project, project management tools, estimating, cost control, and material pricing.
• Data center experience is valued; estimating or preconstruction and field experience are also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range is $94,500-$120,000, with potential commission and/or incentive compensation. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement and savings plans; paid time off; insurance; educational assistance; and wellness and employee programs.
