Senior Construction Project Manager - Mission Critical (Traveling)

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is hiring a senior construction project manager to lead teams and deliver mission critical projects while meeting customer, budget, and schedule goals.

Project Details

The role supports the company’s national mission critical construction team and requires travel to project locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and subcontractors, and maintain relationships with owners and project partners.
• Guide preconstruction planning, procurement, estimating, bid reviews, and scheduling.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, quality programs, commissioning, and construction risk.
• Lead progress meetings, oversee design development, and support contract negotiations.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Construction Management and at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Mission critical construction experience is preferred.
• Must be able and willing to travel for projects.
• Knowledge of complex mission critical MEP systems, commissioning, early turnover, and critical work Methods of Procedures is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other project management tools is valued.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range is $150,000–$180,000, with possible additional commission or incentive compensation. Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, retirement and savings plans, paid time off, insurance, educational assistance, and wellness programs.
