Electrical Project Superintendent

Job Summary

EPI Power, a Weitz Company electrical contractor specializing in fast-track data center construction, is seeking an Electrical Project Superintendent to lead jobsite execution and field teams.

Project Details

The role supports electrical construction for data center projects and requires a six-day schedule from Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Lead subcontractors and field forces while maintaining jobsite safety.
• Coordinate with project managers on schedule, budget, subcontractor buyout, and field execution.
• Prepare short-term look-ahead plans and update computerized project schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and communicate with owners, designers, and engineers.
• Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and timely.
• Support team development and build productive jobsite relationships.

Required Experience

• At least five years of project superintendent experience.
• Electrical construction experience is required; data center experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and understand construction methods and materials.
• Strong organization, leadership, communication, mentoring, and relationship-building skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn project-specific software.
• English-Spanish bilingual ability is a plus.
