Field Engineer

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is hiring an entry-level Field Engineer in Tampa to support project delivery while developing experience in both field and office operations. The role reports to a Superintendent and works with the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shop drawings and provide office and field support.
• Assist with estimating, quantity takeoffs, material purchasing, and site inventory.
• Monitor project schedules, subcontractor schedules, material deliveries, and workforce needs.
• Help prepare billings and review invoices, along with other assigned project tasks.

Required Experience

• Four-year college degree required, preferably in a construction-related field.
• Ability to take responsibility and work effectively with others.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
