General Superintendent

Job Summary

Ryan Companies is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee regional field operations, project teams, and construction delivery in Austin.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop field teams, manage subcontractor performance, and oversee staffing, workload, and training.
• Support project proposals with scheduling and budgeting, review estimates, and monitor project costs, quality, and schedule.
• Promote safe work practices, effective communication, proper project documentation, and timely closeout.
• Coordinate with clients and project teams, prepare monthly project status reports, and support regional field operations.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of successful regional management experience in construction.
• Thorough knowledge of building projects and the ability to supervise, motivate, and communicate effectively.
• Sales ability and sensitivity to client needs.
• Valid driver's license; must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing and subsequent random testing.
