Hourly Foreman Plant

Job Summary

Garney is seeking an Hourly Foreman Plant to lead crews performing water and wastewater construction work in Broomfield, Colorado. This field leadership role is responsible for safe production, quality, scheduling, and coordination with management and engineering.

Project Details

The position supports water and wastewater infrastructure projects involving hydraulic and pumping systems, construction equipment, engineering plans, and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Schedule work, prioritize activities, and assign daily tasks to crew members.
• Supervise, train, and staff construction workers and tradespeople.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain project quality standards.
• Oversee construction machinery operation and maintenance.
• Track expenditures, resolve field challenges, and communicate progress to management and engineering.

Required Experience

• At least five years of successful construction industry experience.
• Previous water or wastewater construction foreman experience.
• Knowledge of water and wastewater procedures, equipment, safety regulations, hydraulic systems, and pumping systems.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, plans, and blueprints and perform construction calculations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

$35-$39/hour.
