Integrated Construction Manager

Job Summary

Mortenson is seeking an Integrated Construction Manager for its Data Center Group to lead virtual design and construction processes and manage integrated project collaboration.

Project Details

The role supports data center construction projects, coordinating VDC and integrated delivery across project phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead VDC workflows and supervise the integrated construction team.
• Coordinate with project leadership, design, and preconstruction teams; manage 3D and 4D models, project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
• Oversee construction coordination, model-based communication, and reality-capture data.
• Develop project BIM, share lessons learned, improve team practices, and support technology research and training.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• At least eight years of progressive construction management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading a team, a current driver’s license, and advanced 2D, 3D, and 4D software capability.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, 3ds Max, Navisworks, and tools such as Revizto, Synchro, Enscape, ArcGIS, and DroneDeploy.
• Professional licensure is preferred. A Part 107 license is a plus and must be acquired early to support reality-capture work.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay is $107,200-$160,800, with higher ranges for specified office locations. The role is eligible for an incentive plan.
