Project Manager I or II - Precast Products

Job Summary

Lead the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of BLUvera’s precast concrete duck bank product line. Coordinate customer needs and business goals with design, engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales, finance, and construction teams.

Responsibilities

• Set product direction, roadmap, performance goals, and investment priorities.
• Manage product financial performance, pricing recommendations, market position, and customer adoption.
• Gather customer and market insights and translate them into product priorities.
• Partner with project managers on customer escalations and portfolio resource planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional product improvements, launches, and go-to-market activities.
• Improve product performance, manufacturability, scalability, and delivery consistency.
• Lead product-specific project teams and lessons-learned processes.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, product management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, product development, operations, or project management.
• Experience leading customer-facing initiatives, strong financial and business-planning skills, and ability to influence without direct authority.
• Concrete product experience, prefabrication or modular construction experience, product management certification, an MBA, and product P&L experience are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay is $113,500–$170,300, with higher ranges for certain office locations. The role is eligible for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
