Integrated Construction Manager

Job Summary

Mortenson is hiring an Integrated Construction Manager for its Data Center Group to lead Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and integrated project delivery practices.

Project Details

The role supports data center construction projects and coordinates VDC efforts with project leadership, designers, and preconstruction teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated construction team and manage VDC processes, project collaboration, and delivery planning.
• Oversee 3D and 4D models, BIM development, construction coordination, model-based project information, and reality-capture data.
• Set project scopes, schedules, and deliverables for integrated delivery services.
• Help improve team practices and the VDC playbook, research new tools, and provide internal training.
• Support teams across locations and contribute to wider group leadership.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• At least eight years of progressively challenging construction management experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience leading a dynamic team and a current driver’s license.
• Advanced 2D, 3D, and 4D software skills, including Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, 3ds Max, Navisworks, Revizto, Synchro, Enscape, ArcGIS, or DroneDeploy.
• Professional licensure is preferred. FAA Part 107 certification is a plus before joining and expected early in the role.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay is $107,200-$160,800 per year, with higher ranges for specified office locations. The position is eligible for an incentive plan.
