Job Summary

Keeley Construction is hiring a Project Manager for its Civil Infrastructure Group in St. Louis, Missouri. The role leads project teams and coordinates delivery across scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality.

Project Details

Projects involve civil construction methods and work including structural concrete, excavation, utilities, wastewater, and earthwork.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and manage schedules, identifying and addressing potential impacts.
• Coordinate suppliers, field supervision, subcontractors, inspectors, utilities, owners, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee project risks, materials, contractual requirements, change orders, and closeout documentation.
• Organize preconstruction coordination and allocate resources with other project leaders.
• Lead and develop team members while maintaining consistent communication throughout the project.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, plus at least five years performing relevant project management responsibilities.
• Technical understanding of structural concrete, excavation, utilities, wastewater, and earthwork methods.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with staff, vendors, and clients.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word is a plus.
• Must be willing to travel as needed.
