IT Project Manager - Data/AI/Development

Job Summary

JE Dunn is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead data, artificial intelligence, and software development initiatives from planning through delivery. The role owns project outcomes, stakeholder alignment, quality, scope, budget, and schedule while supporting the company’s technology strategy.

Responsibilities

• Direct cross-functional teams delivering data platforms, analytics, AI solutions, integrations, APIs, databases, and full-stack applications.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource needs, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead kickoff, status, and stakeholder meetings and communicate progress through written and verbal reporting.
• Maintain project charters, requirements, change requests, and other documentation.
• Conduct project reviews, capture lessons learned, and coordinate with change management partners.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Five or more years of project management or comparable experience preferred.
• Experience with data engineering, analytics, AI, enterprise integrations, API development, database platforms, or full-stack application delivery.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and Excel skills, plus familiarity with Jira Software or modern IT service management tools.
• Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.

Working Environment

• Primarily an office-based position with frequent computer use.
• May involve overnight travel and occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
