Job Summary

Garney is seeking a Project Manager in Kingsport to oversee water and wastewater construction work from planning through closeout.

Project Details

This role focuses on water and wastewater construction projects in the Kingsport area.

Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, work-in-progress forecasts, labor projections, and purchasing.
• Direct jobsite supervisory personnel and coordinate project planning and scheduling.
• Maintain owner relationships and handle contract negotiation and administration.
• Set and enforce jobsite safety expectations.

Required Experience

• Previous project management experience in water and wastewater construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Seven to ten years of construction experience.
