Laborer Foreman (Hourly)

Job Summary

Holder Construction is seeking a full-time Laborer Foreman to coordinate site logistics and field activities in Chester, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractor activities involving excavations, walkways, deliveries, and crane operations.
• Maintain site signage and designated pedestrian routes.
• Communicate logistics plans clearly with internal and external project stakeholders.
• Update site logistics plans using computer and iPad tools.

Required Experience

• Up to four years of experience coordinating construction-site workflow.
• Strong communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work outdoors, remain mobile and alert, navigate ladders and scaffolds, and operate on uneven surfaces and elevated areas.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 50 to 100 pounds for extended periods.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends and meet daily attendance expectations.
• Ability to work in an OSHA-compliant environment.
