MEP - Assistant Superintendent

Job Summary

Holder Construction is hiring an MEP Assistant Superintendent for an in-person, full-time role with its MEP Building Technology team in Mooresville, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MEP installation and guide trade partners and equipment vendors through construction.
• Help maintain schedules, oversee quality processes, and support safety and energy-control programs.
• Track punch lists, resolve field issues, and support system start-up, commissioning, and close-out.
• Work with clients, designers, and project teams from preconstruction through project completion.

Required Experience

• At least five years of commercial construction experience involving large, sophisticated MEP systems.
• Experience managing workforce needs, tracking progress, and resolving technical issues.
• Experience with complex MEP infrastructure, such as data centers, airports, or other special-use facilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A related bachelor's degree, scheduling and QA/QC familiarity, commissioning knowledge, and safety or energy-control knowledge are preferred.
