Job Summary

Lead daily field operations for Barton Malow projects in Evansville, coordinating crews and trade partners to deliver safe, timely, specification-compliant work.

Responsibilities

• Sequence and coordinate field work to maintain progress and prevent trade conflicts.
• Implement the site safety plan and promote a strong safety culture.
• Manage field schedules, quality control, punchlist completion, and daily documentation.
• Coordinate with the owner, design consultants, Project Manager, and project team to resolve field issues.

Required Experience

• At least five years of commercial construction field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent field experience.
• Knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and quality control; strong communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
