Job Summary

Holder Construction is seeking a full-time, in-person Assistant Superintendent for its Operations team in Sparks, Nevada. The role supports safe, high-quality project execution and the development of field personnel.

Project Details

The position supports complex commercial construction projects and coordinates work across field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Support contract execution and project safety, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Coordinate site workforces, daily sequencing, inspections, logistics, and workflow.
• Assign responsibilities, manage field activities, and help control project risk.
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Promote OSHA and company safety compliance.
• Mentor associates and contribute to team development.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or engineering, or at least three years of equivalent experience.
• Collaborative working style with strong critical thinking, communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Experience supporting complex commercial construction and familiarity with safety, quality, and schedule practices are preferred.
