About the role

Job Summary

The Beck Group is seeking a healthcare Project Architect to guide the technical development and delivery of projects in a collaborative, integrated design and construction environment.

Project Details

The role focuses on healthcare architecture projects and is based in Fort Lauderdale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project documentation, modeling, quality reviews, consultant coordination, and construction administration.
  • Coordinate with project management and construction teams on budgets, schedules, staffing, estimates, sequencing, and constructability.
  • Develop and evaluate building systems and details, resolve technical issues, and apply applicable building, life-safety, accessibility, zoning, and energy codes.
  • Support design intent, project manuals, staff training, and continuing education.

Required Experience

  • At least 8 years of relevant architecture experience.
  • Relevant degree from a NAAB-accredited program and professional registration.
  • Proficiency with Revit and Bluebeam.
  • Ability to lead technical project work and collaborate with design, consultant, and construction teams.
